Woolooware Medical Practice is looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our team

Woolooware Medical Practice is a family focused medical centre with 7 GP's. We are a small, close knit team of doctors and staff. We are looking for another team member to join our reception team for 3 afternoons from 1.00pm - 6.00pm per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

About the role:

As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our practice and support the daily reception operations. Your responsibilities will include:
greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries
booking and rescheduling patient appointments
billing, scanning and filing
end of day batching using Best Practice
general administrative duties
the role could be casual or permanent, depending on your preference

About you:
You are a team player with a problem solving attitude
You have a minimum of 12 months medical reception experience
You have excellent organisational skills
Enjoy working within a friendly team
You have a skilled phone manner and can work in a busy practice
Experience with Best Practice would be an advantage
