About the role

Beachmere Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Beachmere, QLD. This is a part time position that will see you playing a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Scheduling and managing appointments
Handling patient enquiries and bookings over the phone and in-person
Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
Assisting with administrative tasks and general office duties
Working collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities




Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting
