Job Description
Location: Regional Victoria Mornington Peninsula Work Type: Full Time Salary: $70 to $80K

We have an exciting prospect for a passionate and experienced restaurant manager in a busy Mornington Peninsula Cafe/restaurant.
n
Located within 70KM from Melbourne's CBD, this opportunity provides a positive work-life balance. You would be charged with looking after a team of 15 floor staff, including casuals.

Key responsibilities include:

Passion for excellence in service and managing the front of house team

The administrative and reporting functions
n
Have the ability to manage a busy operation with a agile team
