About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Part-time & Casual Team Members to join our team!

This is a fantastic prospect for young individuals looking to start their career, gain valuable skills, and support the daily operations of our stores, including food preparation and customer service in a quick-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
Prepare and assemble sushi products according to company standards
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team

Shifts & Availability
Part-Time role, approx. 25–30 hours per week (across 4 weekdays, days/hours to be discussed with the Store Manager based on business needs)
Casual role with varying weekly shifts based on business needs
Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings




Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions
Pay rates are in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 [MA000003]
Rate depends on employment type: Part-Time base rate $27.81 per hour or Casual rate $34.76 per hour including 25% casual loading.
Applicable classifications, junior rates, casual loading and penalty rates apply where relevant.
Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.

Requirements
Must hold valid Australian working rights
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
