An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Manager to join a global manufacturing business supporting a workforce of approximately 110 employees across operational and corporate functions.

Reporting to the APAC HR Leader, this role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on people support. Partnering closely with local leaders, you will drive people initiatives, workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, leadership development and organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to deliver people and culture initiatives.
Lead employee relations matters, investigations and performance management.
Provide advice on employment legislation, awards and HR best practice.
Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.




Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide HR support across both manufacturing and corporate teams.

About You
Proven HR leadership experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and award interpretation.
Demonstrated experience managing investigations and complex employee relations matters.
Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach.
Robust stakeholder management and influencing skills.
