About the role

Based from our office in Thomastown, you will travel to projects across Melbourne carrying out specialised colour works. No two projects are exactly the same, so the role requires someone who can take pride in detailed work and adapt their approach to different surfaces and finishes.

Key responsibilities
Brick colour correction and blending
Mortar colour correction
Concrete colour correction and architectural finishes
Colour matching and sample preparation
Application of ECOTONE stain and mineral coating systems
Working with different application techniques to achieve natural-looking finishes
Completing residential and commercial projects across Melbourne
Working closely with builders, architects, homeowners and the ECOTONE team
Maintaining a clean and secure work workplace

About you
Has a strong eye for colour and detail
Enjoys hands-on, practical work
Takes pride in producing a high-quality finish
Is reliable, organised and comfortable working independently




Has good communication skills
Is comfortable travelling to different sites throughout Melbourne
Holds a current Australian driver's licence
Has a white card
Experience in painting, colour matching, bricklaying, rendering, concrete finishing, decorative coatings or a similar trade would be highly regarded
