Who We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in applicants who:
Have achieved a high ATAR or strong academic results
Have excellent skills in Maths and/or English
Are currently studying at university, are a graduate, or have relevant tutoring/teaching experience
Are confident working with primary and high school students
Have a positive, energetic and encouraging personality
Can inspire, uplift and motivate students
Are reliable, punctual and able to commit to regular weekly shifts
Genuinely enjoy helping students improve and achieve their goals

About the Role You will work with students in small groups of up to 6,



providing personalised support based on their individual learning needs.

Your role will include explaining concepts clearly, supporting students with their learning goals, marking and providing feedback, and most importantly, helping students develop confidence, motivation and a positive attitude towards learning.

Some students may need support strengthening their foundations, while others may be high achievers preparing for exams or aiming for a high ATAR.
