Housekeeping Supervisor – Independent Contractor (ABN Required)

Job Type: Contract / Independent Contractor (Part time Hours)

Rate: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 10AM to 3PM

APX World Square offers stylish and comfortable serviced apartments in the heart of Sydney CBD. We take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a contractor basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet company standards.
Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
Provide training, guidance, and support to housekeeping team members.
Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies and linen inventory.




Communicate effectively with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to address guest needs and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Perform cleaning duties when required during busy periods.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping or supervisory experience within a hotel or serviced apartment workplace.
Robust leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Valid working rights in Australia are required.
Must possess an active Australian Business Number (ABN) and operate as a registered sole trader or business entity.
