Job Description
Podium in Australia is scaling its SDR sales team to drive outbound initiatives and full-funnel pipeline from strategy to revenue.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own outbound motions and coach a team of SDRs across a key vertical.
You will lead onboarding, ramp plans, and career progression, leveraging data-driven insights and SMB-focused experience to build capabilities through structured training and best practices.
