Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency? Join CJD Equipment as a Procurement & Inventory Controller and play a vital role in managing our Volvo Construction Equipment inventory.

In this energetic position, you’ll work within our Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to ensure accurate data, smooth procurement processes, and timely reporting.

Location: South Guildford, WA

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain inventory data in DMS systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Analyse inventory needs and recommend solutions.
Coordinate goods in/out and inter-branch transfers.
Ensure timely delivery of orders from factory contacts.
Assist with resolving delivery delays or specification issues.
Maintain data standards and confidentiality.
Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team,



meeting tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Intermediate ability to compose and analyse technical data.
Previous experience with inventory/procurement systems (SAP, CRM, Salesforce or similar).
