Ecocycle, located in St Marys NSW is an established, progressive, forward-thinking company providing a range of battery in devices recycling solutions for industry, with sites across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for full-time employee to fulfil the above positions with an immediate start. This is a full time position for a reliable and hardworking candidate.

This hands-on outdoor role is suited to someone with a strong labouring background who is physically fit, active, and comfortable working in a industrial environment.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced yard hand to join our team at our St Marys Site. In this full-time role, you will be required to undertake all tasks in a safe and timely manner, working well within a small team.



Our operating hours are 07:00 – 16:00, overtime and some Saturdays may also be required.

What you'll be doing
Sorting batteries into their specific chemistries
Processing electronic waste
Bailing a variety of materials
Operating a forklift for general tasks as well as loading and unloading trucks

What we're looking for
A valid forklift and driver’s license
Knowledge of secure driving practices
The ability to identify tasks using their own initiative and work independently
Reasonable level of fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
Excellent customer service skills
Positive communication and organisational skills
Basic IT and computer skills
Well presented
Excellent teamwork skills
