About the role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential houses, ensuring properties are well maintained while providing outstanding service to both owners and tenants, while guiding a team of Property Managers.

Key responsibilities
Managing an established portfolio of residential properties
Building and maintaining robust relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing rent reviews, arrears and lease renewals
Handling day-to-day property management enquiries
Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and contractors
Ensuring properties are compliant and well maintained
Preparing and managing relevant property documentation




Providing proactive communication and exceptional customer service
Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment

About you
Has solid experience in residential property management
Is confident managing a portfolio
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Is proactive, reliable and solution-focused
Builds solid relationships with clients and tenants
Has excellent attention to detail
Can confidently handle challenging situations
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Takes pride in delivering a high level of service
A current South Australian Property Manager registration/licence and Property Management experience is required
