Senior Property Manager – Elysium Fields

Our next chapter is Elysium Fields — GURNER™’s landmark recent Docklands precinct, bringing together luxury residences, world-class wellness, hospitality, retail and exceptional amenity.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team and help bring this precinct to life.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will take ownership of a premium residential portfolio within Elysium Fields, delivering an exceptional experience for renters and rental providers.

This is an opportunity to join the precinct from the beginning, helping establish the service standards, relationships and property management processes that will support it as it grows.

Key responsibilities include
End-to-end management of a premium residential portfolio
Building strong relationships with renters, rental providers and key stakeholders
Managing leasing, renewals, rent reviews, break leases and terminations
Coordinating maintenance,



repairs and contractors
Conducting inspections and managing compliance and documentation
Managing arrears, disputes and complex tenancy matters
Preparing for and representing rental providers at VCAT and MCV
Working closely with the broader Elysium Fields team to deliver a seamless resident experience

About You
4+ years’ residential property management experience
Solid knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Experience managing complex tenancy matters and VCAT
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, proactive and solutions focused
Comfortable working with premium properties and discerning clients
Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and Victorian driver’s licence
