About the role The Regional Manager role involves managing and growing the NSW & ACT territories for the Technology Finance division of Finlease (Vendor Programs). You will assist existing key vendor partners in the technology sector, helping them grow their business using finance solutions, and identify and bring new vendors into the program. This is a Sydney-based role, working from the Finlease Headquarters in North Sydney with regular outbound visits to support your vendor base.

Key responsibilities
Looking after an existing network of technology Vendors, supporting their needs and developing further opportunities with them
Developing prospects to find recent Vendors and onboarding them into the program
Training and assisting new Vendors, teaching them the online systems and how finance works
Managing large deals from quote phase through to approval in support of the Vendors sales
Team working within Finlease via both the National Sales Support and Client Support team members to maximise service levels
Attending Trade and Exhibition Shows with Finlease or Vendors
Quarterly travel to cover territory adequately (NSW & ACT)
Monthly reporting on achievements and plans




Meeting annual finance volume targets to achieve result and pay plan/commission-based rewards

About you
A passionate person with a strong track record, who has either worked in sales of technology assets or financing of technology assets previously
High levels of business acumen with evidence of understanding businesses, sound financial knowledge, and experience preparing proposals or managing sales cycles of a strategic nature
Strong interpersonal skills, solid ethics and customer service focus
Either worked in a Channel workplace or a High Value direct sales role
Ability to manage several vendor relationships at management and sales team levels
Highly responsive nature and excellent communication skills
Motivated by being part of building something and growing together
Ideally 10+ years' experience in the above or similar
