Bennco Group is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor FIFO to support recently awarded construction works across the Pilbara and remote WA.

We’re looking for skilled and motivated Plumbing Supervisor with strong trade capability and a skilled commitment to safe, high-quality work in a site-based setting.

Prerequisites
S26 Certificate + Law Exam
Mining Experience
Civil Experience
Trade Certificate in Plumbing
WA Plumbing Licence
Gas Licence
Construction White Card
Poly Welding Ticket
Butt Welding Ticket
Excavator Ticket
Skid Steer Ticket
HR Licence
Confined Spaces & Working at Heights
Fire Fighting Training
Rio Tinto Aveling Training (Essentials for Site & Lockholder)
Basic trade tools

Role Requirements
Minimum 5 years post-trade experience
Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently or in a team
Robust communication and problem solving skills
Positive, proactive attitude with clear thinking




Commitment to quality work and all HSEQ standards
Ability to meet FIFO or site-based role demands
