About the role

Radiance Hair has been part of the Northbridge Plaza community for over 10 years. We're L'Oréal accredited and proud members of the Australian Hairdressing Council and Sustainable Salons. You'll step into a loyal, warm, engaged client base, not start from scratch.

Key responsibilities
Consult with clients and recommend cuts, colour and treatments suited to them
Deliver premium cutting, colouring and styling to a consistently high standard
Build lasting relationships that keep clients coming back
Educate clients on caring for their hair and what's possible for it
Recommend retail products where they genuinely add value
Help uphold the salon's standards, presentation and warm atmosphere

About you
Deeply passionate about your craft, not just doing hair but doing it well
Warmth, confidence and care in every appointment
Available to work weekends (our busiest and best days on the floor)




An experienced stylist with 3 to 5+ years ready for a fresh chapter
Full working rights in Australia. You need to be currently in Australia or arriving very soon
