Property Exchange is seeking a Senior People Experience Partner for the Melbourne Product & Technology group.
You will partner with the Group CPTO and leaders to shape roles, career pathways and leadership practices that enable performance and growth across the Product organisation.
You will translate priorities into practical people initiatives, coach senior leaders through organisational change and use workforce insights to guide decisions that improve the employee experience.
