At the heart of our kitchen, Head Chef Michelle Capuso collaborates with local producers to present dishes that are fresh, seasonal, and irresistibly delicious — all centred around our beloved wood-fired oven.

We are currently seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to join our close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a professional kitchen environment, with genuine career progression on offer for the right person.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Kitchen Hand you will play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You'll work alongside our chefs to support food preparation, maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, and ensure our kitchen operates safely and efficiently at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist chefs with food preparation as directed
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen at all times
Dishwashing and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and surfaces




Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to
Support the team during service in a quick-paced environment
Assist with stock rotation and correct food storage procedures
Follow all WHS policies and protected food handling practices
