Melbourne Coffee Culture is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our hospitality team.
This is a hands-on position supporting our chefs and kitchen team with food preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs with food preparation
Wash and clean dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
Prepare basic ingredients when required
Clean work areas throughout service
Dispose of waste appropriately
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy periods
Assist with general kitchen duties as required
About You
Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience preferred
Reliable and hardworking
Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
Good hygiene and cleanliness standards
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work as part of a team
Available for weekend work when required
