Our client is a growing and highly successful construction and infrastructure business who is looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter to support its expanding operations. With a strong pipeline of work and a number of major projects recently secured, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established family-owned business with annual revenues exceeding $100 million.

About You
Previous recruitment experience, either agency or internal
Experience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related industries is highly regarded
Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Proactive, organised and relationship-driven approach
