Job Description

TAG Legal Search seeks high-calibre Corporate M&A; lawyers for Sydney and Melbourne, at Associate and Senior Associate levels, to join a market-leading team advising major corporates and private equity on sophisticated transactions.

Candidates should have about 3 years PQE through SA3-4, a solid deal sheet, excellent academics, and the ability to handle both smaller matters and large transactions. A team-oriented, high-performance culture and broad sector exposure complete the chance.
