MARS Healthcareis seeking an experiencedCommunity Physiotherapistto join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering physiotherapy and restorative care services across Perth's southern suburbs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Physiotherapist who enjoyscommunity-based work, autonomy and building meaningful relationships with clients, while still having the support of a multidisciplinary team and clinic environment.
The Role
You'll work predominantly in the community, visiting clients in their homes and supporting them throughgoal-led rehabilitation and restorative care programsdesigned to maintain independence, mobility and quality of life.
The role will include:
Managing a community-based caseload across Perth's southern metro area
Conducting home visits and developing individualised rehabilitation programs
Completing mobility, falls risk, physical function and transfer assessments
Supporting clients through structuredrestorative care and goal-led programs
Working with clients, families, carers and other health professionals
Reviewing and adapting treatment and mobility plans based on client progress
Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Sharing your knowledge and contributing to a positive team culture
You'll spend the majority of your timeout in the community,



with a couple of days working from the organisation'sRockingham facility, giving you a genuine hybrid working arrangement.

About You
We're looking for a Physiotherapist who has:
A Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
CurrentAHPRA registration
Experience working as a Physiotherapist
Ideally, experience withincommunity, homecare, rehabilitation or aged care
Strong understanding of mobility, falls prevention and functional rehabilitation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoysworking with people, getting out into the community and seeing the tangible impact of your therapy.
