MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognised leader in travel insurance and assistance services, seeking confident and customer-focused Customer Service Consultants to join their Brisbane CBD Contact Centre team.

$38.89 per hour + super, paid weekly
Rotating roster between 6:00am – 8:00pm on weekdays and 6:00am – 4:00pm on weekends

Weekend coverage approximately 1 weekend in 4, working either Saturday or Sunday

What You'll Be Doing You'll be part of a busy Contact Centre team supporting customers throughout their travel journeys. No two conversations will necessarily be the same,



so you'll need to combine excellent customer service with empathy, problem-solving and robust attention to detail.

Your day to day will include:
Handling inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and genuine empathy
Assisting customers who may be experiencing stressful or unexpected situations, including breakdowns, vehicle support or insurance-related queries
Navigating multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Recording customer interactions accurately and maintaining high service standards

You'll bring
Previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience is highly regarded
Confidence navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Demonstrated empathy and the ability to handle sensitive, emotional or difficult conversations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
