Job Description

Sazerac Company is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in North Sydney, NSW for a 7-month full time temporary assignment. You will lead the day-to-day order fulfilment, own DC bookings and act as the first escalation point for delivery issues within the order-to-cash cycle.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing and 3PLs to ensure on-time stock delivery. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FMCG or liquor operations, experience with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP, and robust communication
