The Role

We're looking for a general Commercial/Common law Lawyer to join our Mornington team, on either a part time or full time basis. You'll work across a genuinely varied caseload, predominately in a range of commercial files and some litigation files.

Experience in Estate Planning would also be highly regarded.

This role suits either a 2nd or 3rd year lawyer looking to build their knowledge and experience with mentoring from an experienced practice principal, or a more experienced lawyer looking for variety in a more relaxed environment. A defined career path is available to the successful applicant.





What You'll Bring
Solid knowledge of commercial law with litigation file experience
Knowledge of Estate Planning, superannuation law and SMSFs (advantageous, not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
Strong research and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant postgraduate qualifications in law
Experience in a similar role
A current Practising Certificate
