Coolum Surf Club is looking for a Casual FOH supervisor to join our energetic, hardworking and fun Restaurant and Bar team.

We are an award winning club over looking the beautiful Coolum Beach that prides themselves on exceptional service.

We are looking for someone who is available split shifts, weekends and public holidays to join our supervisor team in our Restaurant and Bar (please note penalty rates apply) .

Responsibilities include
Ensure product quality, restaurant and bar cleanliness, service quality
Ensure assigned tasks are completed by fellow employees
Proactively assist fellow staff members when necessary
Help ensure consistency in service and product
Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
Ensure customer satisfaction and interact with customers while performing duties
Assist in training new employees
Resolve customer complaints
Staff management on shift
Delegate tasks to FOH team
Assist in Function enquiries and delivery

Requirements
Ability to listen and communicate effectively;




Excellent customer service skills;
Robust time management skills;
Previous experience in a management role an advantage;
Problem solver;
Previous experience in a fast-service role;
Ability to work split shifts and weekends;
Ability to cross-communicate with front and back of the house;
RSA and RSG (or ability to get one)
Gaming experience preferred
