Lucas Total Contract Solutions (Lucas TCS) is seeking experienced Electricians to carry out general maintenance work on project specific Temporary Workers Accommodation camps in the Burra / Mid-North region. Commencement ASAP. Family friendly roster (to be confirmed) allowing a handover and continuous coverage.
These landmark renewable energy developments will involve substantial Civil Balance of Plant (CBoP) works, including access roads, hardstands, drainage, trenching, and associated civil infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Investigate maintenance issues – carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance as required
Maintain generators, sewerage treatment systems, general electrical, carpentry and basic plumbing
Assist with set up and presentation, general deliveries and troubleshooting
Rectify issues quickly and efficiently
Attend to emergent issues as they arise, including some out of hours work
Take responsibility and accountability for the maintenance and rectification of issues, taking a hands-on approach to all aspects of the camp
About you
Current Driver's Licence (minimum Class C)
Ability to work a DIDO roster
Construction White Card (mandatory)
Solid safety focus and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to pass National Police Clearance, Pre-employment Medical, and Drug and Alcohol Screening
Previous maintenance or handyman experience
