We have a excellent prospect for an experienced Production Kitchen Chef/Cook to join our team, in a state of art purpose built food manufacturing facility, great working setting, that includes only working day shifts and having weekends off!

Reporting to the leadership team, your responsibilities would include, but not necessarily limited to:
Following and abiding by recipe specifications
Preparation of ingredients and food items for packaging and wholesale
Regular use of production style equipment, such as, bratt pans, soup kettles and fillers
Manage stock control and inventory
Ensure quality of all food items/ingredients.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace in accordance with HACCP/SQF & GMP standards.
Operation of a commercial equipment

Experience in a wholesale or production kitchen is a must, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in multi-venue production, have high attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a positive attitude.
