About the Role

Queensland Car Hire is looking for a reliable and professional Car Hire Driver to assist with vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, customer handovers and rental paperwork across the Gold Coast.

This isn't just a driving position. You'll be representing the business when meeting customers, so we're looking for someone who is organised, responsible and comfortable completing basic rental documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up and drop off rental vehicles
Deliver vehicles to customers at arranged locations
Complete customer vehicle handovers
Assist customers with basic rental paperwork
Record vehicle condition, mileage and other required information
Inspect vehicles during collection and return
Move vehicles between locations when required
Carry out basic vehicle checks before handover
Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and collections
Keep the rental team updated on vehicle movements




Ensure vehicles and documentation are handled professionally
Assist with general fleet duties when required

About You
Current Australian driver's licence
Confident and responsible driver
Reliable and punctual
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfortable completing paperwork accurately
Qualified presentation
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and follow schedules
Previous car rental, delivery or automotive experience is an advantage
Positive knowledge of the Gold Coast area is beneficial
