Banyule City Council is looking for an experienced Class 2 Arborist to join their team in Bellfield.

This is a hands-on arborist role covering tree removal, pruning, climbing, powerline vegetation clearance and general tree maintenance.

Location: Bellfield

Pay Rate: $49.25 per hour

Employment Type: Temporary

What you will be doing:
Tree removals, felling and pruning
Climbing and EWP operations
Powerline vegetation clearance
Operating and maintaining arboricultural equipment
Identifying tree health issues, pests and diseases
Cabling, bracing and planting trees and shrubs

What you will need:
Arborist experience
MR Licence
Boom-type EWP operation
AHCARB205A – Operate and Maintain Chainsaws
ESI Training – Powerline Vegetation Control
Robust understanding of protected arboricultural practices and current standards
