Position Overview A self-motivated and proactive individual who will provide financial advice to new clients and an existing client base. You will be providing high-quality financial advice to a wide range of clients as a result, contributing to the growth of an active, ongoing client list. To be able to work towards agreed KPIs and follow a compliant process to the standards set out by FFAU while interacting with clients, colleagues, collecting information, preparing and implementing advice.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow a client book of business, providing high-quality financial advice and services
Drive and initiative to deliver on set goals and key performance areas
Cultivate cross sales and business development prospects
Collaborate and communicate with clients to understand their financial objectives
Maintain a robust understanding of superannuation and insurance products
Maintain an impeccable compliance record and engage with all compliance processes and procedures
Deal with complexity and demonstrate appropriate problem-solving skills
Manage ongoing change and engage all stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
ASIC Approved Qualification in Financial Planning
Ethics Exam qualified
1 to 5 years' experience within the Financial Services industry
At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid commercial acumen
Computer savvy with a high level organisational and MS Office skills
