About the Role

We are seeking a driven Contracts & Mobilisation Manager to lead our workforce operations, recruitment, mobilisation, and client service delivery activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of site-based workforce solutions, maintaining robust client relationships, and leading a high-performing team to meet operational objectives. The role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Workforce Coordination, Recruitment, and Mobilisation functions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Oversee workforce planning, mobilisation, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
Monitor operational performance and identify prospects for continuous improvement.




Support the delivery of workforce, medical, safety, and emergency response services across client sites.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client and business objectives are achieved.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members to drive engagement and performance.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience in workforce operations, recruitment, mobilisation, site services, or a similar leadership role.
Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, mobilisation, and compliance requirements.
Experience within mining, resources, labour hire, healthcare, or remote operations environments is highly regarded.
