About the role

As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance and presentation of the Hakoah at White City precinct, including the club building, hospitality areas, gym, pool, Learn to Swim school, basketball courts, commercial tenancies and turf field. Before opening, you will play an active role in preparing the precinct for operations, working closely with the construction company, builder and project team to support a smooth handover. You will work closely with the CEO/GM and operational teams to support a high-quality experience for members, guests, operators and community users.

Key responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance and presentation of the precinct facilities
Participate in inspections and commissioning activities before opening
Identify and track defects during handover process
Coordinate training on building systems and equipment
Ensure operating manuals,



warranties and maintenance requirements are documented and handed over
Establish maintenance schedules, service agreements and facilities procedures
Ensure all facilities are secure, compliant, well maintained and operating efficiently
Manage preventative maintenance, urgent repairs, contractors, suppliers and service agreements
Lead facilities-related compliance, WHS, pool plant operations, inspections and risk management
Manage capital works projects

About you
Ability to manage preventative maintenance and urgent repairs
Experience managing contractors, suppliers and service agreements
Knowledge of facilities-related compliance and WHS requirements
Experience with pool plant operations and inspections
Capability to manage risk management and capital works projects
