About the role

Heritage Precast is a family-owned and operated precast concrete business in Toowoomba, supplying a wide range of concrete products across the region. We are looking for experienced, reliable and hardworking people to join our team.

Key responsibilities For Experienced Welders:
Welding and fabrication of steel reinforcement and precast moulds
Preparing and assembling steel components
Working with the production team to meet daily targets
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
General precast concrete manufacturing duties when required

For Experienced Yardsman/Forklift Operator:
Operating forklifts safely
Loading and unloading trucks
Moving and stacking precast concrete products
Keeping the yard organised and tidy
Preparing orders for customers and deliveries
Assisting with general yard and production duties
Working as part of a busy team

About you For Experienced Welders:
Previous welding experience – precast/concrete experience highly regarded




Ability to read and work from basic plans
Positive attention to detail
Reliable and physically fit
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Solid work ethic and a willingness to get the job done

For Experienced Yardsman/Forklift Operator:
Previous yardsman/forklift experience
Current forklift licence essential
Experience handling heavy products preferred
Positive communication and organisational skills
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Safety-focused with a great attitude
