We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, hands‑on installers who take pride in quality workmanship and have a strong respect for working at heights.

About the Role

This is a full‑time position with an immediate start, working in small, skilled teams across Sydney, surrounding regions, and occasionally regional NSW. You’ll be responsible for installing a wide range of height‑safety and access systems, including:
Harness anchor points
Fixed access ladders
External roof and suspended walkways
Guardrails
Static lines
Mechanical platform systems and screens
Roof access hatches
Pull‑down ladder systems

Key Responsibilities




Interpret plans and drawings for accurate set-out and installation
Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Compliance Codes, and WHS legislation
Maintain a strong safety mindset and respect for working at heights
Deliver high‑quality workmanship with solid attention to detail
Demonstrate a hands‑on approach, robust work ethic, and lead by example
Show reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team‑focused attitude
Work overtime or weekends when required
Travel regionally when needed — all travel expenses covered
Reliable own transport

Desirable Criteria
Construction trade background or qualification (e.g. Carpenter)
