The Opportunity

West Beach Outlet moves quick - high volume, high energy, and always on. We need a Assistant Retail Store Manager who is operationally sharp enough to handle the pace and customer-focused enough to never let the experience slip. If you lead with both precision and warmth, this is your store.

What You'll Do

n

Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer‐first experiences.
n
Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
n
Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
n




Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
