Rio Tinto seeks a Superintendent Indigenous Support based in Tom Price to lead a team delivering strategic support for Indigenous employees and strengthen cultural competency across the business.
You will guide initiatives that build awareness, embed inclusive practices, and support culturally protected workplaces, reporting to the Principal Indigenous Support, with a focus on retention, development and belonging.
