Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is seeking a motivated Client Services Officer to join our headspace Wonthaggi Centre. The role is casual with a roster, serving as the friendly first contact and coordinating bookings, messages and client data.

You will support centre management, handle high-volume calls, respond to emails, and help assess client service needs while maintaining confidentiality and a courteous, qualified approach.
