Cabrini Health in Melbourne's southeast is seeking a Pharmacist Grade 2 to join our hospital pharmacy team.
You will contribute to medication management, safety and patient care within our Malvern/Brighton facilities, with a supportive setting.
The role offers a permanent full-time position with rostered hours across five days, some on-call, weekends and evenings.
Applicants should hold current AHPRA registration and have hospital pharmacy experience; oncology interests are desirable.
