Job Description

Altius Group in Canberra is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor to identify and address physical, psychological, social and environmental factors affecting return-to-work for injured workers. The role focuses on delivering holistic strategies to support timely recovery.

You will complete return-to-work case management under WorkCover, provide vocational counselling, collaborate with employers and health specialists, and help clients regain functional capacity.
