Host Employer:Our Host Employer, The Rural City of Murray Bridge, is seeking a motivated individual to commence in their Arboriculture team. Under a traineeship opportunity you will study a Certificate III in Arboriculture, while working alongside an experienced team gaining hands on experience.

About the Role:
Tree pruning, planting and removal techniques
Secure operation and maintenance of arboriculture tools and equipment
Identifying tree health, structure and potential risks
Supporting tree health through mulching, fertilising and pest management
Following workplace health and safety procedures




9-day fortnight with full PPE provided and earn tickets such as chainsaw, truck licence, EWP, across duration of the traineeship

What We’re Looking For:
Robust reliability and work ethic
Wanting to build a long-term career in the industry
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment including a drug and alcohol test
Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
Based in Murray Bridge or the surrounding region
Able to commit to a 3-year traineeship
Must hold current drivers' licence and reliable transport
