We’re currently working with a well-established global organisation looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team.

This is a excellent chance for someone who genuinely enjoys customer service but also likes the operational side of a role – managing orders, coordinating stock and deliveries, working closely with sales and supply chain, and making sure everything runs smoothly from order through to fulfilment.

You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and suppliers and work closely with internal teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Imports, Finance and Accounts.

What you’ll be doing
Managing customer enquiries and providing product and order updates
Receiving, processing and managing customer orders through to fulfilment
Coordinating with customers, suppliers, warehouses, freight providers and internal teams
Managing stock availability and providing open order updates to key accounts
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues quickly and professionally
Coordinating returns, credits/debits and order corrections
Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Credit




Maintaining customer information and service records
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes

What we’re looking for Ideally, you’ll bring around 3–5 years of experience across customer service, order fulfilment, sales support, logistics or supply chain.

You’ll be someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities. Solid communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships across different teams and solve problems as they come up.

Experience working with ERP systems and Excel will be highly regarded, and any exposure to freight, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing or the Asia-Pacific region would be a great advantage.

This would suit someone who enjoys being busy, likes taking ownership of their customers and orders, and wants a role where they can work across both customer service and the broader operational side of the business.
