The Good Guys Online Team are now on the lookout for Peak Season Casuals to join our Customer Service Team in a casual capacity for the busy Christmas period.
Role commencing from25th of Octoberwith shifts available until the end ofJanuary ****(subject to change).
As theCustomer Service Coordinator - Onlineyou will be responsible for delivering a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues
Providing customers with timely responses to digital, social and telephone based requests and effective resolution of complaints
Managing third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues
Processing online sales and manual web order allocations to ensure the efficient delivery of products
Identifying and escalating any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss
Escalating issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations, as required
Working closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues, as required
Please note, the Online team operate seven (7) days a week.
Therefore, successful applicants will be required to work rotating rosters to meet operational requirements and will be based in our Support Office in Southbank.

You will also ideally have:
Frontline customer service experience
Retail experience in instore sales or administration
