Willis Setouts & Surveys is seeking a motivated and efficient Administration Officer for a full-time role, based at their Pakenham office. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the company by managing bookings, invoicing, phone enquiries, and subcontractor coordination. About the Role:

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
Managing bookings and invoices across all offices
Handling incoming client enquiries in a timely manner
Managing quotes for subcontractors
Maintaining accurate record-keeping and data entry
Performing other duties directed by management that are commensurate with the role





Required Skills and Experience:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
Focus on exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to proactively identify and streamline process inefficiencies
Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential
Experience with Google Drive/Docs and Project Management software is preferred but not essential
