The Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Area Manager / Business Development Manager to oversee and grow our presence across Adelaide and Regional South Australia. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on B2B sales within the cabinet joinery industry.

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing recent business opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline while maintaining consistent engagement with head office.

Responsibilities include:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the cabinet joinery sector
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of product ranges and value proposition
Drive B2B sales through a combination of F2F + TeleSales efforts
Conduct regular client visits across Adelaide and regional South Australia
Attend head office once per month




Track and manage all sales activity via CRM (NetSuite)
Identify market opportunities and provide insights back to the business
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally within cabinet joinery, building products, or related industries)
Robust account management and business development skills
Ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while on the road
Experience using CRM systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational and reporting skills
