As aSite Civil Land Development Engineer, you'll work on a diverse mix of projects—includingResidential, Multi-Family, Commercial, and Industrial developments—and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on larger, impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with thedesign and draftingof site civil engineering plans
Design and analyze engineering systems related toland development and utilities
Prepare engineering calculations for:Site grading




Stormwater management systems
Water and wastewater utilities
Roadway design
Translate engineering designs and calculations intoconstruction drawings
Maintain client communications and help build strong client relationships
Gain hands-on experience aligned withProfessional Engineer (PE) licensure requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree inCivil Engineering(required)
3–5 yearsof land development or related experience preferred
EI/EIT certificationrequired
Proficiency withAutoCAD(Civil 3D experience a plus)
Understanding of land development planning preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
