Union Hotel seeks an experienced Chef to join the team in a quick-paced, friendly kitchen. You will work under a Head Chef with a family-like team, delivering quality and up-to-date dishes across varied cuisines.
The role requires at least 3 years in a qualified kitchen, 5 days over 7, and a Cert IV or equivalent. You should be customer-focused, well groomed and capable of managing your own section to a high standard.
