Mamma Jams is searching for an experienced café all-rounder to join our rapid-paced Cremorne café. We care about great coffee, genuine service, high standards and creating a positive team culture.

The role includes:
Making consistently excellent coffee
Delivering warm, efficient customer service
Sandwich and light food preparation
Opening and closing the café
Supporting the team across daily operations
Maintaining a clean and welcoming space

We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a busy café workplace
Fast, organised and proactive
Warm, welcoming and passionate about hospitality
A strong communicator and team player
Calm and capable under pressure

Hours: Monday to Friday only—no weekends. Shifts are either 5:30 am–1:30 pm or 7:30 am–3:30 pm.

Pay: $30.00 – $34.76 per hour
