What You'll Be Doing
As a Maintenance & Reliability Manager you'll lead and implement the site maintenance strategy, driving plant reliability, uptime and overall performance.
You'll oversee preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance, manage contractors and maintenance systems, and coordinate maintenance activities around operational needs.
Through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, you'll strengthen site performance while ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and risk management.
Just as importantly, you'll coach and develop your team, building capability and creating a high-performing maintenance function.

What We're Looking for
Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical trade background
Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing
Strong track record in maintenance strategy and reliability improvement
Experience with Maintenance Management systems (e.g. MEX) and structured maintenance systemsAbility to influence, coach and build high-performing teams
Strong problem-solving capability with a continuous improvement mindset
Flexibility to work varied hours to engage with both AM/PM shift team members
