Job Description
The State Revenue Office Victoria invites applications for a Junior Litigation Lawyer role based in Melbourne.
You will provide in-house advisory services and manage litigation matters concerning Acts administered by the SRO, including stamp duty, payroll tax and land tax.
You will work under experienced solicitors, handle case preparation, brief counsel, and instruct at hearings, while maintaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
